Central dehumidifier. Great for controlling humidity in large area without running the central A/C. It is also good for crawlspaces.


Air handler and supply and return duct work. This isn't the exception to our work, it is the norm.


Replacement system's air handler is a closet. These centrally located air handlers are exceptionally quiet compared to the older air handlers that it can replace. Air filters are easily accessed and drain traps have unions so they can be easily checked and cleaned. Drain traps can cause alot of water damage and should be maintained seasonally and service unions make this a snap.


Replacement outdoor unit. This our basic set up, gravel base with a treated wood border, pad and snow legs. New non-corroding disconnect switch a conduit from are standard with replacements.


Roof top outdoor unit. Additional corrosion protect is included.
